Product Description
OC-280H is an injection molding machine in the standard fast machine series. Its clamping force reaches 280 tons and its maximum injection pressure reaches over 210MPa. The higher clamping force makes the template evenly stressed and effectively protects the template. It can also reduce the flash and overflow of the product and improve the precision and quality of the product. The higher injection pressure is conducive to the rapid molding of thin-walled and complex products and improves production efficiency. The mold transfer stroke reaches 615mm, which is convenient for product removal and avoids secondary damage to the product.
At the same time, this machine is also equipped with a stable, efficient, energy-saving system and a high-precision, fast-response, and easy-to-operate configuration. The power system uses a servo motor plus an internal gear pump, which greatly improves the production power of the machine and reduces energy consumption. The hydraulic system uses hydraulic components from well-known Chinese brands and inserts multiple logic valve oil circuits to effectively improve the system response speed. The injection unit uses double-cylinder injection technology, which makes the injection smoother, more accurate, and has high repetitive accuracy. The electronic control unit uses computer logic operation data acquisition and multiple language versions, which makes the operation easier and more applicable.
