OUCO Tow-platen Injection Molding Machine CWI-800S III, With double guide posts and a dual-cylinder balance injection device, guarantees that balanced and unit-form forces are applied on the screw during injection and moving forward.
High-precision electronic detection device, multi-level control of travel, speed and position, and positioning accuracy. We equip the safety door with a triple safety device of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical interlock.
Multi stages controlling of mold clamp pressure, speed and position. Mold thickness can be adjusted through the ring gear, which is driven by hydraulic oil motor.

Advantage of the improved clamping unit and machine structure: Platen design by finite element analysis to eliminate deformation and fracture and optimise toggle locking system.
Advantage of the injection unit: The double cylinder structure on the injection unit can ensure cantering performance of the nozzle and seal betten between mould and nozzle, so no plastic leaks. Higher injection accuracy, low coefficient friction and more uniform during injection and plasticising process; easy to adjust and greatly reduce movement inertia during injection, hence improve injection speed and plasticising capacity.
