Product Advantages
1. Use the exhaust effect to prolong the mould life; Commonly, the excessive clamping force causes the exhaust port to be blocked, it may lead to short shot and gas burning. We made an improvement and upgrade, this kind of problem basically doesn't occur. Our gas is correctly discharged from the PL side, which solves the short shot problem and controls mould deposits.
2. High-precision, highly responsive screw control: Thanks to a novelly structured injection system and low-inertia servo motors, the screw control is highly responsive. In addition, plasticising, filling and pressure holding are all accurately and stably controlled by self-developed algorithms, helping to reduce injection pressure and improve cavity balance.
