Saving of cooling water
Overflow heating is adopted by "no fixed pump + fixed speed motor system". The temperature of the hydraulic oil is lower, which greatly reduces the amount of cooling water.
New clamping structure
The five-point toggle clamping mechanism for internal rolling, casting linkage and template, strengthened by finite element analysis, can effectively reduce stress and deformation and improve the stiffness and accuracy of the clamping part.
